The wine bar has been an institution in Bergamo Alta for well over 150 years. The owners wanted the structure of the cellar, with its romantic and informal atmosphere, its authentic charm as a meeting place, to remain untouched by the passing of time. Now, thanks to Simona, it has been enriched with new tastes and unusual varieties.
There is an open dialogue between Simona and her clients, with the result that while the wine bar’s pleasing elegance and the passion with which it is run is the same as ever, its contents are constantly being updated to meet the clientele’s demands. |
