This historic Wine Bar is currently ably managed by its young owner, Simona, and her dynamic staff, who stimulate their customers’ palates with their untiring interest in new dishes.
In the beginning, the Cozzi Wine Bar used to serve the inhabitants of Bergamo alone. Not anymore. It has now started catering to an increasingly demanding international clientele.
Simona’s main task is to present eye-catching dishes, select wines and match the two with elegant creativity. Her skills are such that her guests, no matter how well travelled or au fait with the ways of the world, can still experience new, exciting emotions. The Wine Bar, not one to follow fads, often anticipates trends.
And if the venue has remained purposely unaltered in its historic structure, the inner garden constantly boasts a change of scenery, so that the eye has something to feast on both in winter and in summer. |
