This is how the Wine Bar’s dishes are invented: by travelling
The Cozzi Wine Bar menus are based on the traditional Cuisine of Lombardy, but also offer the exotic, unusual flavours discovered by Simona on her travels around the world. Simona takes great care in choosing her ingredients, first of all combining them with imagination, sometimes even in her dreams, and then perfecting them in the secrecy of her kitchen. She tries out each dish again and again, until she is satisfied that it is ready to be served up to her customers.

This is why the Wine Bar dishes are unique and inimitable - such as the cake with manna, that biblical, rare and light food which Simona hunted out in the South of Italy, or the forty noble, genuine cheeses she provides.

The menu, which Simona herself brings round to her clients, changes frequently. It is the quality and freshness of the ingredients that remains unchanged, never the cook’s creativity, which has been awarded with a listing by the important Gambero Rosso.
